I have been going to this garage for years. Emilio and his team have always done great work for me. I have a 2013 Mercedes that runs like a dream because of their maintenance and repairs. They are professional, they always go over the estimate, they call you with updates and always get the work done on time! Highly recommend you check them out!

This is the only repair shop I will ever think of working with again. They are quick, honest, and genuinely kind. I would recommend to anyone, and look forward to the next time my car breaks (knock on wood!) so I can use their services.

I would never go anywhere else but here. We (my whole family - and now grown kids) have followed them from previous locations.. best in town. Marcelo, Emilio and the whole team are just the best most fair and kindest people. The best team in Ventura County.

The people are super friendly and family oriented. The service is loyal and honest! They  walk you through any issues with your car, step by step, so you know exactly where the problem is and what needs fixing. I know they prefer to work on German cars but I can't get myself to take my Chrysler anywhere else.

I was heading to LA for a work conference and had an unexpected mechanical failure.  I was 100 miles from home and had to have my vehicle towed to the nearest shop.  It was the end of the day, and I asked  the tow truck driver to take me to an auto parts store. He suggested O’Reilly’s where there’s an Auto Center near by with multiple shops. I was hoping one of the mechanics would assist even though it was 5pm.  The first two people I approached both brushed me off.  They couldn’t be bothered at 5pm.  My third ask was to Emilio at Auto Precision Repair.  He was closing up the shop for the evening.  I explained what happened and he said that he worked on European Cars. He was trying to leave to see his dad whom he hadn’t seen in a year. He then said, “go get your truck and I’ll take a look”. He dropped everything to help me. What I thought was a simple belt turned into a little bit larger issue requiring a new belt and pulley.  Fortunately, the auto-parts store had both parts in stock.  Without Emilios kindness, I would have been stranded.  After repairing my vehicle, I asked him how much for the work. He said pay whatever I felt was fair.  I gave him the cash I had on hand (not nearly enough in my opinion) and offered to get more if there was a nearby Bank or put it on my credit card.  He insisted “No” and sent me on my way.  I’ll never forget Emelio’s kindness, If I lived in the area I would highly recommend his shop to everyone I know.  There are still good people in this world!

I have never met mechanics that are as knowledgeable and HONEST as Mark and Marcelo are. These two guys know how to take care of their customers, They always greet you with a smile and help you in a timely manner. They never try to get you to spend more money than you need to spend. I have a E350 and i do all my repairs right there! I send my clients and all of my friends to these guys, because they are the BEST

Took my wife's car here that we bought from CarMax because they couldn't see the car for almost 2 weeks. We have an extended maintenance plan on the car and they are a preferred service provider with that plan. They took the car next day, diagnosed and fixed. Very friendly staff and you can tell they have your best interest in mind.
